Customized Trend Research for Hyatt
Challenge
Our internal Hyatt creative team needed a way to stay on top of fast-moving travel and consumer trends without relying on time-intensive manual research.
Approach
I built a customized workflow that pulled curated RSS feeds into Zapier automations, summarized them with ChatGPT, and stored ongoing insights in Notebook LM. From there, I repurposed the research into summary videos, podcast episodes, written reports, and mind maps — making the content accessible in multiple formats for different stakeholders.
Impact
The system transformed hours of manual research into a real-time, multi-format trend hub. Hyatt teams could scan quick summaries, dive into detailed reports, or explore mind maps to connect ideas — ensuring insights were not just delivered, but activated across the organization.
